The First 60 Minutes:

  • Initial consultation includes a tour of the space requiring support
  • Understanding your goals for the space and offering/discussing options
  • Providing a detailed estimate for your consideration with tips to get started

Cost: $50 (non-refundable) due at time of service


Contract Hours
:

  • Minimum 2 hour contract for small spaces
  • Minimum 4 hour contract for medium to large spaces.  
  • Cost is $50.00 per hour, which includes various supplies to help you get started.  
  • Mileage is included if 20km or less.  Additional mileage $.50 per km.  
  • Payment due at time of service.


Packages Available:

  • Sign up for a 10 hour package and receive a 10% discount
  • Sign up for 20 hours and receive a 15% discount.  Both packages must be paid up front and in full to receive the discount and be used within 6 months. Contract cannot be transferred to someone else, unless agreed upon.
  • We appreciate referrals!  Receive one (1) hour of complimentary organizing services to clients who recommend us and they become a new client.


Also Available, Property Management:

  • Organizing by Oz offers you a worry free vacation or short term rental transition by ensuring a smooth move in, move out and property check while you are away.
  • Services include hosting duties for short term renters, managing maintenance issues that arise, cleaning after rental ends, property wellness check per insurance policy and setting up lawn care/snow removal contractors.
  • If requested I can also ensure your home is clean and ready for your return by grocery shopping for you, so you can just unpack and get ready for the week ahead.

Here’s some of the fine print in our working agreement together:

Phone call/email confirmation:  I can either call or email you 48 hours before our scheduled appointment to remind you of our appointment.  

Cancellation policy: If you cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice and re-schedule there will be no charge.  If this occurs a 2nd time I will require a deposit of $50 to re-book with you.

No one home: If I arrive at your home per our agreed upon appointment and no one is home I will be billing my travel time of 1 hour, plus mileage at $.50 per km.

Travel Rates: Travel greater than 20km in either direction will be billed at $.50 per km.  

No Guarantees:  I will work with you to meet your outcomes. However, Organizing by Oz cannot be held responsible for missed goals due to the clients inability to complete assigned tasks or are not ready to work on de-cluttering their space.  

The awkward conversation:   If for any reason you feel frustrated at the process and become verbally abusive I will need to pack up and leave the residence.  I will follow up with you a day later to try and resolve the issue and move forward in helping you reach your goal. If the issue continues I will need to end our working relationship.
